Provider Network Associate

About the role:

The Provider Network Associate supports the overall accessibility, availability and reputed company of reputed company's Provider Network through the execution of specific network development functions. This role will work in concert with various internal partners and existing and reputed company external reputed company to meet market reputed company, network reputed company and medical costs targets. This role will support the provider recruitment, engagement and education function reputed company the Network Management pillar of reputed company's Insurance Operation function.

You will report into the Senior Manager, Network Development

Work Location: This is a remote position based in the field, reputed company to candidates who reputed company: Alabama, reputed company, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, reputed company Carolina, Ohio, Texas. Your daily work will involve a reputed company of work from your home office and frequent travel for reputed company meetings. #LI-Remote

Travel requirement up to 75% 

Pay Transparency:

The reputed company pay for this role is: $87,188 - $114,434 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in reputed company's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company available demographic data for reputed company out of network providers to reputed company reputed company for network adequacy needs based on geography, specialty, or member demographics.
• reputed company reputed company activities in defined expansion reputed company based on population demographics, reputed company needs, and competitor reputed company
• Assess potential provider capabilities, workflows and reputed company to ensure ability to adhere to reputed company standards and meet reputed company of care requirements.
• Help reputed company targeted reputed company strategies to attract high-reputed company providers in desired specialties and locations.
• reputed company daily reputed company and contact with potential providers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present the benefits of joining the network.
• Document provider reputed company activities and manage provider data in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• reputed company the network to prospective providers and guide new providers through the process of joining the network.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance provider experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company and contracting
• 1+ years experience in provider relations, provider services or provider reputed company, and working cross-functionally to drive reputed company and expansion in one or more geographical areas

Bonus points:

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in a reputed company environment
• Experience in credentialing function and credentialing software
