Position reputed company

Primary reputed company is to be customer’s trusted advisor between Malaysia and Singapore. reputed company clinical expertise through consultation, education and training of ASP’s products to both reputed company customers. Sharing best-reputed company solutions to customers in partnership with the Account Executive in the execution of plans that meet or reputed company reputed company’s business objectives.

Responsible for developing long- term customer relationships, which build loyalty and confidence in ASP as the preferred vendor. 

Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic accounts while positioning and delivering economic and value-reputed company solutions.

Key Job Responsibilities

• To reputed company clinical expertise to customers on ASP products and processes through consultation, assessment and education.
• Plans, prioritizes and manages a work schedule which meets customer expectations in a reputed company and cost-effective manner.
• Work collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company business objective.
• Proactively identify and coordinate in-service education sessions with Product Specialists, to support delivered health care and use of products reputed company and effectively.
• Assist Product Specialist to identify sales opportunities which contribute to the reputed company of others and therefore reputed company.
• Identify and optimise account relationship with key customers / decision makers.
• Contribute to innovative service arrangements which build customer loyalty
• Engage ongoing assessment and evaluation of ASP products in the market.
• Functions as a clinical expert to ASP staff on new product development/ launches, market changes/ trends and the identification of customer driven needs and/or requests.
• Plans, develops and implements customer educational programs to meet reputed company and reputed company customer needs.
• Submit periodic reports that include qualitative and quantitative information on customer feedback, competitor activity and relevant market issues to support business development Maintain up to date customer records
• Maintains and expands clinical/technical knowledge of reputed company ASP products.
• Maintain a responsible and ethical approach along with reputed company reputed company of business reputed company
• reputed company with Health Care Compliance Standards and company’s compliance policy 

Key reputed company/Knowledge Requirements

• Training of ASP & non-ASP customers on Product and Procedure. 
• Design Infection Prevention Program for reputed company in Malaysia/Singapore hospitals reputed company to HLD, LLD & TS
• Deliver sessions on reputed company Reprocessing, Environmental Disinfection, and Infection Prevention 
• Support Malaysia/Singapore sales in any reputed company execution
• Clinical expertise in surgical instrumentation including endoscopic instruments.
• Knowledge of sterilization and high-level disinfection
• Knowledge of operating room, central processing and endoscopy suite practices, procedures and protocols.
• Knowledge of Perioperative nursing standards, infection control standards, and SPD guidelines for reputed company.
• Knowledge of ASP’s products and competitive products.
• Knowledge of market changes or trends in reputed company environments utilizing ASP’s products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically Highly developed interpersonal/people skills.

Key Education / Experience Required

• MSc Microbiology, MHA, RN with BSN degree in reputed company reputed company field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of reputed company clinical experience in OR and /or SPD and/or Endoscopy, and/or infection prevention practices or 3 years clinical experience in medical device preferred.
• Experience in a management position in OR, SPD or Endoscopy preferred.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in delivering educational programs/presentations preferred.
• Certification in reputed company-reputed company Nursing (CNOR), Sterile Processing or Endoscopy preferred. 
• English Communication capability preferred.
• Proficient in reputed company software applications, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint required.
