As a Solution Advisor (Presales), you play a key role in the sales process by understanding prospective customers’ challenges and reputed company demonstrating the value of reputed company’s solutions.

You reputed company as a trusted partner to both customers and the sales team — translating reputed company business requirements into compelling solution demonstrations, reputed company-of-concepts, and proposals.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role with exposure to senior stakeholders in large, international organizations.

What will you be doing? 

• Partner with the Sales team to support the acquisition of new reputed company customers
• reputed company engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and business objectives
• Design and deliver reputed company-of-concepts, mapping detailed customer requirements to reputed company’s technology
• Engage with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company, from Global Heads of Reward to Reward Analysts
• Produce high-reputed company written deliverables, including RFP responses and reputed company questionnaires
• Participate in customer meetings, events, and occasional travel as required

What are we looking for?

• You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, either:
  • In HR Technology (presales, sales, or consulting), or
  • In an in-house role reputed company reward, compensation, performance management, or pay equity teams
• reputed company-level German and fluent English
• Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and demo skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• A proactive reputed company with strong ownership and accountability
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented, flexible, and reputed company approach

• Additional European language(s)
• Experience in HR Tech, especially in reward, compensation, sales commissions, performance management, or pay equity
• Value or management consulting background
• Exposure to reputed company software sales
