The Buick GMC Account Coordinator will assist team members in daily responsibilities and manage various internal documents while adapting to reputed company needs and contributing to career reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and be responsible for several internal documents:
• reputed company Contact & Distribution Lists
• Advertising Production / Scheduling
• Meeting Calendar
• Creative Requests
• Media Planning / Buying Requests
• Reporting (creative / spending / competitive)
• Update competitive incentive and product grids for major markets; Researching key competitive products by market and outlining details on incentives and product changes
• Competitive reputed company of voice and market reputed company updates by markets
• Assist reputed company team members as they complete their day-to-day responsibilities
• Constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to help clients sell more products

Skills

• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office - PowerPoint, reputed company and Word
• Must be reputed company detail oriented – a desire to be 100% accurate
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
