Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging leadership development programs and team effectiveness sessions that drive measurable reputed company.

Travel up to 50% to facilitate in-person sessions and build strong relationships across the organization.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in leadership development, coaching, or organizational effectiveness.
reputed company Coaching Certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC).

Demonstrated experience facilitating and presenting to senior leaders in large organizations.

Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0, Personalysis, and reputed company tools (KF4D, KFLPS, Leadership 360).
Prior leadership experience (people leadership or significant cross-functional leadership).
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, reputed company, Business, or reputed company field.
