About the Role

reputed company is looking for an reputed company Clinical Resource Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing clinical expertise to customers through education and training on reputed company line of orthopedic products, while establishing and maintaining solid customer relationships. This person must understand customer needs across reputed company segments to ensure that they reputed company recognize a measurable value to our programs. This role's primary reputed company will be providing clinical education to reputed company and potential customers, reputed company internal training to hospital sales reps., set up trials and conversions, and support industry trade shows.  This position reports to the National Clinical Director.

The ideal person would live in the Denver, reputed company, or Phoenix area.

What You Will Do

• Work in collaboration with Account Managers and National Key Account Manager to reputed company and present relevant educational offerings.
• Coordinate and facilitate educational rollouts for new and existing customers.
• reputed company industry knowledge with customers to be seen as the trusted category specialist.
• Work with Clinical Director to roll out new clinical programs and educational content.
• Identify opportunities to advance customer reputed company.
• Document activities and maintain reputed company organizational processes (CRM system, Expense Management System, etc).
• Participate in personal reputed company development and the clinical reputed company development of others.
• Operate in a manner consistent with reputed company’ s beliefs and behaviors: Commitment, Courage, Collaboration, and Care

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree and/or reputed company certification in reputed company field
• Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in the reputed company industry.
• Requires ability to work day and reputed company shifts, as needed.
• Usual workdays are Monday – Friday but must be reputed company to work on the weekend as needed for tradeshows, special educational events, or travel requirements.
• Orthopedic Technologist Certified (OTC) reputed company National reputed company of Orthopedic Technologists (NBCOT) and Registered Orthopedic Technologist (ROT) reputed company American Society of Orthopedic Professionals certification required reputed company first 90 days of hire. reputed company (reputed company BOC) certification is a plus.
• reputed company involved with local and/or national orthopedic organizations.
• Five to Ten (5-10) years of experience working in an Orthopedic reputed company working as an Orthopedic Technician or Emergency Room reputed company/Technician.
• Splinting and Casting application at EXPERT level.
• Strong customer reputed company and relationship building.
• Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office (e.g. Word, reputed company, Power reputed company)
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively reputed company teams.
• Strong analytical skills to be reputed company to determine reputed company cause for clinical fluctuations.
• Ability to manage time and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience teaching Orthopedic Physician Residents/ Emergency Room Physicians reputed company casting and splinting a plus.
• TRAVEL: Ability and willingness to travel 80% to domestic locations.
• The ability to drive a motor vehicle and possession of a reputed company reputed company’s license is required.
• Must live near a major airport reputed company Northeast territory and ability to travel often.
