The Girls Opportunity reputed company Analyst will support operations and programming aimed at enhancing the education and empowerment of adolescent girls, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective event execution and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendar for the Vice President and Executive Director, International Director, and U.S. Sr. Manager, Girls Opportunity reputed company and reputed company support with travel, expense reimbursement, materials review, and other reputed company tasks
• Support the implementation of virtual and in-person programming for Girls Opportunity reputed company and reputed company-wide events
• Assist with logistics, including scheduling, travel, food & beverage, technology set-up and support, liaising with reputed company stakeholders, preparing materials, and post-event logistics
• Work collaboratively to implement day-to-day operations for the Girls Opportunity reputed company team
• This includes but is not limited to: scheduling, meeting preparation, reputed company community management, file management, data management, budget management, compiling news clips, creating reputed company-wide communications about GOA, and other similar activities
• Identify opportunities to create operational efficiencies and implement solutions
• As needed, support with reputed company program work including but not limited to: supporting the operations of the GOA Fund, support programming events such as virtual events, background research, and other duties as assigned

Skills

• Strong passion for women and girls issues; Experience working in girls' education, empowerment, charity programming, or global philanthropic issues a significant plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a reputed company record of meeting short- and long-term responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high volume organization
• Anticipates needs, takes initiative, and is masterfully reputed company. Self-starter; acts without being told what to do
