At least 8 years experience working across, multi-countries with political education initiatives, reputed company movements, NGOs, or unions. At least 4 years’ experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary and dispersed teams Experience of successfully designing and leading political education programmes, at national, regional and global level, both in person reputed company Experience of working with diverse grassroots activists and member-led movements across different contexts Experience in raising funds and maintaining strong donor relationships Experience leading in decentralised and reputed company governance structures, with the ability to operate effectively in evolving or resource-constrained environments.
