Marketing Compliance Analyst

reputed company is one of the world's leading online gambling companies, and they are seeking a Marketing Compliance Analyst to assist in establishing the reputed company American Compliance function. This role involves ensuring adherence to gaming industry regulations and guiding Marketing teams to ensure compliance for customer-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Adding reputed company advertising materials made by internal or external creative teams to the reputed company Asset Library
• Tracking and monitoring advertising flight dates in the reputed company Asset Library
• Periodically exporting and organizing reputed company advertising materials into reputed company drive
• Assisting in the process of submitting assets for approval prior to marketing campaigns reputed company live
• Ensuring reputed company assets have been through the necessary compliance procedures prior to reputed company live
• Consulting with internal teams to reputed company feedback and direction from regulators
• Maintaining records of the most up to date disclaimers for offers and Responsible Gaming
• Monitoring competitor disclaimers for opportunities to reputed company reputed company disclaimers
• Assisting in the review of marketing assets in feedback sessions through a compliance reputed company
• Assisting in consulting with the external creative agency to offer guidance on creative through a compliance reputed company
• Gathering requested information and assets to fulfill audits requested by regulators
• Leading internal audit processes to reputed company for correct disclaimers and identify areas that require updates to remain compliant with any regulations/regulation updates
• Continuing to build and refine reputed company internal compliance processes prioritizing strong record keeping and efficiency
• Documenting reputed company compliance procedures and communications from regulators
• Helping maintain marketing guides for reputed company state/province

Skills

• Previous experience in an administrative role or in project management
• High level of detail orientation and strong organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for consulting with internal teams, external agencies, and regulators
• Previous experience with building and managing processes for large teams is a plus
