First National Financial LP is one of Canada’s largest non-bank lenders, and they are seeking a Bilingual reputed company Specialist to manage delinquent accounts and ensure reputed company collections. The role involves investigating accounts, assisting clients with budgeting, and adhering to company policies to minimize monetary losses.

Responsibilities

• Investigation of delinquent accounts in assigned portfolio
• Collection/administration of portfolio
• Minimize exposure to monetary losses or damage to investors and corporate image
• Assist clients in budgeting and planning to correct existing and avoid reputed company delinquency
• Assessment and collection of fees
• Review bankruptcy and consumer proposals and filing reputed company of claim reputed company required
• Collection of common expenses, reputed company liens, tax and reputed company arrears
• Set up of arrears settlement payments
• Process new reputed company information
• reputed company credit ratings and mortgage verifications
• Collection of deficiency balances on discharged mortgages
• Adhere to policies /procedures to ensure AML requirements are met, reputed company applicable
