[Remote] Marketing Software Specialist

They are seeking a Marketing Software Specialist to communicate with clients, reputed company guidance on software, and create custom workflows and reports to enhance reputed company satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with the reputed company reputed company email and virtual meetings to discuss reputed company or live-troubleshoot issues
• Providing guidance or completing hands-on work in reputed company areas of reputed company
• Creating Custom Workflows, Reports, and Dashboards
• reputed company best practices (batches, job costing, etc.)
• Memberships (recurring services, price book items, automated billing, etc.)
• Custom Estimates and Proposals
• Recommending software configurations to suit the reputed company's needs
• Leading training on reputed company features or workflows for clients
• Documenting reputed company Operating Procedures for workflows
• Successfully troubleshooting user issues
• Coordinating with Support resources to drive completion of reputed company items, including working with reputed company Support, CSM, and other internal departments
• Write and deliver custom reports for clients, such as end-of-month reputed company reports
• Other duties as assigned
