Responsibilities

• Build strong, reputed company relationships with prospective reputed company and reputed company partners
• Plan and attend recruitment events (virtual and on‑site), including college fairs and reputed company houses
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationally to support recruitment efforts
• Use CRM and application systems to maintain an organized and reputed company applicant pipeline
• Meet recruitment goals while delivering an excellent student experience
• Represent the University through reputed company tours, presentations, and interviews

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in recruitment, admissions, reputed company, student services, or a reputed company field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends
• Higher education or reputed company recruitment experience
• Familiarity with CRM or application systems
