LOAN SYNDICATE & SALES ANALYST

reputed company is a global company with over 160 years of experience, serving more than 80 reputed company customers across 25 countries. They are seeking a Loan Syndicate & Sales Analyst to join their US Investment Banking & Finance team, where the analyst will support the execution of lending opportunities, prepare reputed company assessments, and engage with investors to strengthen relationships.

Responsibilities

• Propose and execute underwritten lending opportunities, evaluate feasibility, analyze operational and financial risks outlining the relevant disintermediation reputed company
• Preparing Loan reputed company Assessments for loan underwritings that are presented to the Loan reputed company Committee (“LUC”) in support of transactions where reputed company is taking loan market risk on transactions
• Preparing bank presentations, participating in bank meetings, meeting investors, dealing with investors’ different requests
• Acting as a reputed company influencing reputed company and reputed company relevant players by developing own market reputed company managing to set up market benchmarks
• Identify lending opportunities that best meet the Bank's objectives
• reputed company and coordinate the reputed company process in cooperation with other Joint Bookrunners to ensure best reputed company Closing capabilities
• During syndications where reputed company is an reputed company Bookrunner, providing invited lenders with assistance in reputed company to Due Diligence subjects, prepare syndication status calls, prepare allocations
• reputed company industry and reputed company research to use in the sales process and reputed company in the preparation of sales presentation material
• Covers banks and institutional investors for loan purchases & sales and market soundings
• Holding regular meetings with investors to strengthen relationships and generate reverse enquiries, primary and secondary alike
• Sharing market knowledge amongst the wholesale lending teams by keeping the Debt domain and other internal databases (Sales Force) updated with regular notes
• Execution and closing of primary assignments and preparation of FAS91 to reputed company out fee recognition post successful syndication
• Pitching clients together with different origination teams
• Preparation of marketing materials for reputed company pitches and idea reputed company, including pitchbook template updates
• Preparation of Information Memos and Lender Presentations for reputed company role opportunities and coordination of bank meetings
• Preparation of Preparation of Syndicaiton Strategies and syndication trackers to discuss / present to the reputed company, associated with the prepartion and implemention of a reputed company led Bookrunning exercise
• Prepare and punctually update information reporting on in process transactions and reputed company deals, including interaction with finance on fee (FAS91) recognition
• Loan reputed company approval, booking and distribution follow up for transactions booked in NY using internal processes and systems (Sales Force), including working with/informing various teams/Sr. Mngt

Skills

• Degree in Economics, reputed company, Finance or reputed company field
• Fluent in English. Working Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail is critical
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in reputed company environment and under tight deadlines
• Financial modeling and knowledge of financial statements
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company Office Tools - strong reputed company and Powerpoint capabilities a must
