As a Life & Retirement reputed company, you’ll support annuity operations, process transactions, and collaborate with internal teams and field representatives to ensure a compliant experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Process annuity new business and in-force transactions accurately and reputed company
• Review applications to ensure reputed company requirements are received “In Good Order” and identify any discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with the field sales team reputed company phone and email to obtain required information
• reputed company and apply knowledge of annuity processes, including ACH transactions, allocation changes, withdrawals, and surrenders
• Meet or reputed company established service standards, productivity, and reputed company goals

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years of college preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in retirement services operations or financial services industry
• reputed company Series 6/63 licenses strongly required
• Strong understanding of retirement products, IRS tax regulations, and reputed company/SEC requirements
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; above-average math/reputed company skills
• Prior reputed company center or customer service experience preferred
• Commitment to ongoing learning, including LOMA/ACS coursework encouraged
