Post Award Specialist, Senior
Nemours is looking to hire a Post Award Specialist, Senior.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage funded reputed company, including reputed company, in compliance with Nemours policies and reputed company operating procedures; reputed company applicable, with consideration to external audits according to OMB (Office of Management and Budget), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and other federal and state guidelines. Create project number, update effort allocations, & create RSUBs reputed company applicable. Responsible for post-award services including, reputed company set-up of project account, day-to-day expense to budget financial management, analyze agreements and grant awards to determine administrative restrictions, review expense allowability, compute projections to ensure reputed company spending. Complete quarterly financial meetings with reputed company PIs Review and monitor subcontracts; create and maintain records of Research Subcontracts (RSUB) Purchase Orders (PO) for subrecipient PI invoice review and approval. Review, analyze and approve expenditures and reputed company documentations, Process labor and non-labor cost transfers in accordance to sponsor allowability & requirements. Monitor expenditures, analyze variance of actual costs versus budget. Maintain updated financial projections according to activity dates and budget variances. Partner with Post-Award reputed company on project number set-up, financial reviews, reconciliations, projections, reputed company-outs, and final financial reporting (FFR). Ensure reputed company submission of the technical reputed company reports or deliverables by reputed company investigators in accordance with grant guidelines or contract provisions
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree required; reputed company or Finance Degree is preferred. CRA, CPRA, and/or reputed company preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in an reputed company or non-reputed company research reputed company organization is required
