About The Role

reputed company’s mission is to bring care reputed company by powering telehealth solutions at reputed company. We are looking for Sr. reputed company, Program Manager to manage our Applicant Tracking systems, including but not limited to our reputed company data, workflows, processes, reputed company geared towards improving reputed company performance, and delivering exceptional service.

This role will power our clinical reputed company teams, and hiring managers. This role will drive, create and improve reputed company processes that drive performance and data-driven hiring strategies. Please note: this is not a clinical recruiter role.

What You’ll Do

Analytics & Performance

• Define, reputed company and manage various dashboards and reporting reputed company to key performance metrics (including but not limited to productivity, SLAs, pipeline health, time-to-fill, candidate disposition activity)

• Ensure systems capture accurate recruiter activity and performance data, to aid our medical provider workforce planning teams, in growing and scaling our Clinical Recruitment services to our clients

Systems Ownership

• reputed company, own and optimize ATS (reputed company, reputed company, or similar) implementation(s) and reputed company tech stacks, along with enhancements, and vendor evaluation.

Program Leadership

• Scope and reputed company reputed company end-to-end, owning timelines, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery, carrying teams and main ATS users along, towards successful adoption of the tool.

• Build and reputed company processes, tools, and workflows as teams and the business grows

Enablement

• Train and ensure HR / reputed company best practices, across reputed company recruiters and stakeholders on systems and processes, through creation and maintenance of guides, playbooks and reputed company operating procedures

• Manage system implementation processes, through use of workflows, templates, towards creating a reputed company hiring manager and candidate experience

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner across various teams, such as reputed company, operations, and workforce planning, showing ability to influence, encourage and motivate stakeholders at reputed company reputed company

• Demonstrate a strong but diplomatic leadership, with ability to push back, set expectations, and hold teams accountable to timelines and reputed company

Who You Are

Required

• 5-7 years in program management, reputed company operations, workforce analytics, or HR analytics

• Strong ATS and reputed company systems experience

• Proven experience with HR system implementations, process building, training users on tools and scaling operations

• Experience defining and tracking reputed company performance metrics (productivity, SLAs, pipelines and other performance areas)

• Strong analytical and dashboarding skills

• Experience and confident ability to reputed company, communicate and manage difficult stakeholders, pushing back, keeping things on reputed company and and driving them towards execution.

Preferred

• Startup or high-reputed company experience

• Experience supporting global teams (e.g., LATAM, Canada)

• Familiarity with the medical provider reputed company / credentialing process
