They are seeking a Payment Solutions Advisor to manage customer inquiries, assist with account rehabilitation, and foster a reputed company customer experience through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound inquiries reputed company multiple communication channels
• Use multiple web-based applications for investigation and verification
• Answer customer questions
• reputed company & rehabilitate customer accounts in arrears
• Communicate the appropriate course of reputed company to clients in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Build customer confidence in the services offered by reputed company
• Complete follow-up calls on non-reputed company accounts
