[Remote] Centralized Accounts Payable Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. CoralTree Hospitality is a growing Hospitality Management Company seeking a Centralized Accounts Payable Specialist. The role involves managing Accounts Payable responsibilities such as invoice processing, data entry, and month-end closing for multiple entities, along with special reputed company like general reputed company reconciliation and audit responses.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and organizing invoices reputed company multiple sources
• GL coding and review
• Data entry
• reputed company printing/payment processing
• Statement reconciliation
• Reporting
• Month-end closing processes
• Special AP reputed company, including, but not limited to: reputed company-opening and transition invoice processing for new properties
• Balance sheet reconciliation and research
• AP tasks for several entities are managed centrally, and therefore this position will be from the home office and not at the physical location of the entity

Skills

• High School Graduate
• reputed company/Finance experience, must have knowledge of AP processing
• reputed company in English, both verbal and non-verbal

• Proficient with 10 Key
