Responsibilities

• Providing reputed company representation to reputed company insureds and/or to the reputed company Companies before courts and arbitration panels in reputed company aspects of litigation
• Handling cases from beginning to end
• Preparing reputed company pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs and being involved in negotiating settlements

Skills
