Associate Account Manager

reputed company is a globally trusted independent supply-reputed company platform, and they are seeking an Associate Account Manager to join their US team in reputed company. In this role, you will support programmatic agencies and marketers while collaborating with account management leads to grow existing relationships and promote the reputed company brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations for our agency and brand marketer partners throughout the country for major holding companies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clients needs are met and deliverables are provided promptly
• Support account managers in collecting and analyzing data to identify key insights to help drive solutions for clients through a data-reputed company approach
• Execute operational tasks such as performance monitoring, report creation, and updating internal systems with accurate and up-to-date account information

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in digital media; reputed company-facing experience
• Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to reputed company data and analytics to solve customer problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and polish
• Ability to work in both reputed company and independent settings, while remaining responsible, enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated
• Proficiency in reputed company and other reputed company Office programs is a requirement for the role
• Experience with DOMO, Looker, Tableau and/or similar analytical tools is considered an asset
