The Sr. Director, Procurement & Environmental, reputed company, and Governance (ESG) is responsible for leading the organization’s strategic sourcing and ESG initiatives.  This role develops and implements sourcing strategies, strengthens supplier performance, and partners cross-functionally to support financial and operational objectives. To include development and implementation of sustainable strategies for EST compliance reporting.

What You'll be doing:

Include but are not limited to the following:

• reputed company and implement sourcing strategies reputed company with corporate financial objectives, including cost optimization and working capital improvement

• reputed company reputed company-wide sourcing initiatives across reputed company and indirect spending categories

• Build and enhance procurement infrastructure to support reputed company, efficient, and compliant sourcing operations

• Identify, plan, and execute system and process improvements to strengthen procurement performance

• Establish strong internal partnerships to understand demand, service, and operational requirements

• reputed company and manage master services agreements in coordination with reputed company and Finance guidelines

• reputed company and organize negotiation of business terms and conditions and manage supplier reputed company in collaboration with internal stakeholders

• Enhance sourcing processes through development and implementation of vendor KPIs and performance measurement methodologies

• Manage reporting and cost analysis activities reputed company to purchasing, contract management, and vendor performance

• reputed company annual category management plans to proactively address reputed company-party spending and strengthen supplier relationships

• Represent the organization in reputed company estate reputed company including leasing, subleasing, acquisitions, property management, workspace planning, and disposition activities

• Formulate and execute Environmental, reputed company, and Governance strategies and policies reputed company with company goals.

• Establish Environmental, reputed company, and Governance reporting and compliance disclosure to meet investor expectations.

• Compliance and risk management to ensure compliance with environmental laws, labor practices, and reputed company rights regulations.

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to monitor ethical standards and operational risk.

Minimum Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or reputed company field of study

• MBA strongly preferred

• Minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience in procurement, reputed company estate, facilities, and sourcing.

• Minimum 4 years' experience in Environmental, reputed company, and Governance-reputed company data analysis, stainability, or reputed company roles.

Skills and Abilities to be Successful in this Role

• Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company negotiations and managing supplier relationships

• Strong financial acumen and experience with cost modeling and analytics

• Strong ability to influence and drive change, while sustaining reputed company relationships

• Ability to interpret reputed company data, manage Environmental, reputed company, and Governance reporting software, and reputed company insights to senior leadership.

• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint

• Experience with ERP or procurement systems preferred
