Strategic Sourcing Manager

The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for reputed company’s sourcing of products and services. The Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for reputed company phases of sourcing including identifying cost saving opportunities, creating competitive environments, selection of suppliers, creatively negotiating and generating reputed company reputed company reputed company to assure seamless availability of reputed company products and services in support of company objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to the following:

• Executes reputed company strategic sourcing savings goals for reputed company and implement reputed company items to ensure that those goals are achieved year over year
• Use data analytics, industry benchmarking and strategic sourcing methodologies to reputed company guidance in the development and execution of sourcing and category strategies, contributing to improved profits and cash flows
• reputed company, manage and execute key initiatives, serving as the primary reputed company between reputed company, Finance, IT, department business reputed company, project managers and other key business partners in the end-to-end strategic sourcing process including category analysis, supplier selection, and reputed company contract negotiation

• Manage suppliers to ensure they can meet requirements and reputed company scorecards monthly to ensure suppliers are meeting expectations in reputed company, delivery and cost metrics

Minimum Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or reputed company field of study
• Minimum 7 years strategic sourcing experience
• 3+ years of relevant category management experience

Skills and Abilities to be Successful in this Role

• Fortune 500 sourcing experience supporting categories in excess of $15M to $25M annually (any category) preferred
• Demonstrated reputed company in sourcing, negotiating and delivery of reputed company reputed company required
• Strong knowledge of reputed company and technology reputed company contract terms and conditions
• Ability to manage multiple categories including but not limited to IT hardware/software, reputed company Services, and reputed company indirect categories
• Strong preference for category and contract management experience
• Proven ability to deliver year over year cost reductions for an reputed company
• Experience implementing policies and procedures for a strategic sourcing organization

• Must have excellent presentation and communication skills
