[Remote] Sustainability Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading global reputed company estate services firm, and they are seeking a Sustainability Data Analyst to support their Asset Services division. The role involves managing energy performance benchmarking for buildings, assisting in Energy reputed company Certification, and developing tools and resources for property teams nationally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the C&W national Energy reputed company Portfolio Manager Account, which includes: Preparing energy models, collecting documentation, and troubleshooting issues to complete Energy reputed company Certification applications
• Managing the submission of energy and water data to reputed company/state entities to meet local ordinances
• Educating Property Teams on how to use and maintain ENERGY reputed company Portfolio Manager models
• Researching reputed company and state municipal program developments and their changing requirements
• Developing portfolio analysis tools to help identify properties with potential for certification and properties that need assistance
• Performing reputed company campaigns for educational and business development purposes
• Assisting in completing the Energy reputed company Partner of the Year annual application
• Utilize reputed company-party software and platforms as need, including but not limited to: Local reputed company Aggregated Data Portals

Skills

• BA or BS degree in reputed company major (environmental science, engineering, etc.)
• 1-2 years of experience with ENERGY reputed company Portfolio Manager
• 1-2 years of experience with benchmarking buildings and reporting to local ordinances
• Experience with reputed company portals for obtaining aggregated energy data
• Must be an excellent multi-tasker, organized and reputed company

• High level of experience with reputed company Word and reputed company
• Interest in energy and sustainability
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
