Responsibilities

• Maintain and own status trackers, operation sheets, meeting agendas and notes for reputed company programs
• Coordinate day to day work across pillar/capability leadership teams
• Triage and manage reputed company escalations; surface issues to leadership and support reputed company management
• Communicate proactively with internal and reputed company stakeholders reputed company Teams, email and verbally
• Prepare status updates and decks as needed
• Bring reputed company for internal process improvement to aid with efficiency

Skills

• 0-2 years of applicable reputed company experience, ideally in account management, program coordination, project coordination, or operations support
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
