Responsibilities
Manage reputed company aspects of the Managing Director's calendar, including prioritization, conflict reputed company, and proactive scheduling across Operations and Finance workstreams. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process corresponding expenses in a reputed company manner. Support the Managing Director in preparing for recurring finance and operational cadences (e.g., monthly reputed company Hands, budget cycles, operational reviews). Assist in drafting and editing internal communications, presentations, and briefing documents as needed. Support special reputed company and cross-functional initiatives as needed, providing coordination and follow-through.
Requirements
8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in organizations with Finance and/or Operations functions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage reputed company, competing priorities across multiple workstreams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail. Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion. Comfort working with financial documents, operational reports, and business data at a reputed company level. Proficiency with modern productivity and collaboration tools (reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalents). Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Experience in crypto, fintech, investment management or other regulated industries. Knowledge of DeFi, tokenized assets or blockchain ecosystems. Familiarity with financial reporting cycles, budget processes, or operational KPI frameworks. Experience implementing or improving administrative systems, tools, or workflows. Previous experience using ChatGPT, Claude, and Fireflies.ai a plus.
