Claims Correspondence Analyst

The Claims Correspondence Analyst will serve as a first reputed company of contact for inquiries reputed company to claims, handling EOR requests, claim status inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming requests regarding: EOR requests, claim status requests/updates and general claim questions from Account Management, Sales, Brokers, Policyholders and reputed company-Party Administrators
• Review and prescreen information received for initial claim file setups
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company interactions and updates in the claims system and/or shared drive
• Ensure compliance and company policies, regulatory requirements and confidentiality standards by ensuring that reputed company external communications that contain PHI/PII are reputed company securely
