Responsibilities of the Role:
- Receive reputed company/digital interactions to assist customers and clients with technical issues arising from everyday computer use (desktop/laptop/tablet/other reputed company devices).
- Determine the problem and reputed company a technical reputed company reputed company the contact or by dispatching for service.

Requirements for the Role:
- Degree, Diploma or an equivalent reputed company qualification.
- Tagalog language – to reputed company, Read, and Write.
- Fresh graduates with good English and Tagalog communication skills and personal/working experience in handling computers/laptops or technical issues.
- Understanding of desktop, laptop and tablet’s hardware and technology.
- Technical knowledge with problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Technical knowledge on reputed company Operating Systems & Office Suites.
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism in spoken and written Tagalog & English languages.
- Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times.
The Package:
- Attractive Salary (RM3,000 – RM4,000).
- Housing Allowance (RM500).
