Junior Account Executive (SMB)

Torch Dental is a rapidly growing start-up reputed company on improving reputed company providers' supply ordering processes. As a Junior Account Executive, you will drive outbound sales activities and work towards owning your pipeline, with opportunities for reputed company into a full Account Executive role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for prospective Torch customers
• Conduct 90+ outbound cold calls per day to generate opportunities at the top of the funnel, then transition to 50+ once you are a fully ramped AE
• Qualify accounts and build pipeline across dental practices
• Shadow closing calls and gradually take on your own full demos as soon as your reputed company month
• Utilize reputed company and reputed company to reputed company sales activity and customer information
• Receive coaching and development sessions from Sales Managers and the Sales Enablement team
• Work toward promotion to AE role with full closing ownership, SDR and Marketing support

• Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound activity and qualify pipeline
• Interest in building a full-cycle sales career
• Highly coachable, competitive, and curious with a strong internal drive
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and motivated by ownership
