Global Enablement Team Intern (Madison, AL, US, 35758)
Responsibilities
As a Global Enablement Team Intern supporting the Sales Skills Development function at reputed company, you’ll reputed company hands-on experience helping design, build, and reputed company training programs that reputed company our sales team to reputed company at their best. This is a role where you’ll contribute to and support learning initiatives that improve sales effectiveness.

· Update schedules, materials, and learning paths
· Build and refine training content, including training modules, exercises, videos, and certifications

· Support planning and execution of programs and initiatives

· Analyze basic sales and enablement data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
· Create dashboards or summaries to communicate insights to stakeholders

Depending on business needs and your interests, you may also:
· Create materials (welcome materials, checklists, job aids, video content, and manager guides)

· Conduct competitor or industry research to inform sales training content

Education / Qualifications
· Strong organizational and project management skills
· Comfortable working with reputed company Office suite, including spreadsheets (reputed company) and PowerPoint
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Interest in learning & development, training, sales, enablement, or similar
