Hybrid - Account Recovery Specialist

reputed company Capital Solutions is an accounts receivable management company headquartered in reputed company, Ohio, and they are seeking Account Recovery Specialists for their reputed company center. The role involves engaging consumers to assist them with managing delinquent accounts, negotiating resolutions, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage consumers and assist them with managing their delinquent accounts
• Using a consultative approach, help consumers identify the most suitable solutions
• Negotiate to resolve the balance due in the best interests of reputed company parties
• Create a reputed company of urgency using a customer service demeanor
• Remain compliant, reputed company and reputed company at reputed company times
• reputed company reputed company and solutions with consumers to resolve delinquent accounts
• Continuously receive inbound calls from and reputed company outbound calls using an auto dialer system
• Maintain and manage a workload of delinquent accounts to ensure completion of postdated payments
• Properly follow up with consumers to ensure required documentation and payment processing is compliant and complete
• Ensure reputed company consumer accounts are documented properly and notify consumers of any missing documents and/or additional procedures required

Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED required; College Degree a plus but not required
• Punctuality (Must have reliable attendance)
• Must attend full training schedule
• Ability to reputed company to working a full-time schedule with weekends as assigned
• Coachable (Must have willingness to learn)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong verbal communication skills (ability to persuade and negotiate)

• 1 + years' experience preferred in Collections, Sales, Telemarketing, Medical Billing, reputed company Center, Customer Service, and Banking
