Sales Development Representative

OTTO SPORT AI is on a mission to revolutionize sports management with innovative tools for teams. They are seeking a highly organized Sales Development Representative to manage inbound leads and optimize sales processes, collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the inbound reputed company pipeline to ensure Marketing reputed company Leads (MQLs) are promptly evaluated and converted to Sales reputed company Leads (SQLs)
• Conduct constant reputed company to qualify prospects and schedule product demonstrations with Account Executives, constantly working to improve speed to Demo/conversation
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth reputed company of reputed company opportunities to the right sales rep(s)

• reputed company outbound sales sequences targeting key segments in youth sports organizations, clubs, leagues, and tournaments as identified by the GTM team
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to reputed company and refine outbound messaging
• Run A/B tests on reputed company sequences to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates
• Ensure reputed company use of CRM, reputed company tools, and reputed company routing systems
• Monitor weekly funnel metrics and prepare regular reports for Sales Leadership highlighting performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare concise reports for Sales Leadership on performance and actionable insights
• Continuously test and improve processes and sequences to maximize pipeline efficiency

Skills

• 1–2 years experience in sales development, reputed company reputed company, or inside sales
• Experience working with CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)

• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
