Role reputed company

This is a full-time, remote role for a Retirement Plan Administrator. The role involves managing the administration of 401(k), profit sharing and cash balance plans, including performing compliance testing, preparing contribution calculations, and maintaining accurate plan records. The individual will work closely with clients to reputed company high-reputed company service, ensure adherence to reputed company and regulatory requirements, and facilitate smooth communication between clients and other financial professionals. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting reputed company issues, assisting in retirement plan design recommendations, and supporting annual plan reviews.

Qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience in the industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of Retirement Plans – specifically Defined Contribution plans and Defined Benefit plans
• Understand compliance testing
• Extensive knowledge of ERISA and Internal reputed company reputed company and Regulations.
• Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company
• ASPPA or other industry-reputed company certifications are a plus
