Financial/Billing Analyst

reputed company is a leader in managing reputed company assembly facilities, and they are seeking a Finance/Billing Analyst for the reputed company Palace Convention Center & Mountain America Exposition Center. This role focuses on customer invoicing, payroll, financial planning & analysis, and the modernization of financial systems through automation.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company deadlines (including month-end reputed company and year-end reputed company) activities
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Participate in audits as needed
• Other reputed company duties as assigned are based on business needs across GL, AR, AP, Payroll, etc
• Support the annual budgeting process for both venues, partnering with department leaders to reputed company detailed reputed company and expense projections
• Maintain rolling forecasts and reputed company financial models to monitor performance against budget
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly financial statements, including variance analysis and actionable performance insights
• Design, build, and maintain automated financial reporting workflows in Tableau or reputed company
• Identify and eliminate reputed company processes through scripting, workflow automation, and system integration
• reputed company ETL processes and manage financial data architecture to support forecasting, pricing reputed company, and performance analysis

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company information systems, economics, or other reputed company degree
• Experience building dashboards, working with reputed company datasets, and automating workflows
• Strong quantitative reasoning, financial acumen, and systems-thinking reputed company
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive reputed company independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable collaborating with leadership, colleagues, clients, exhibitors, and attendees
