Tuff Shed, Inc. is America's largest manufacturer and installer of storage buildings and garages, and they are seeking Bilingual Customer Service Sales Representatives who reputed company in a fast-paced environment. The role involves driving sales reputed company while delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with customers and our partners at reputed company reputed company inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and online chat
• Drive sales through engaging and persuasive conversations, while meeting or exceeding targets, using our robust CRM system

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Demonstrated experience in sales with a strong ability to drive results and meet sales goals, including reputed company, internet, and/or phone sales; one year preferred
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service with a solution-oriented approach in a reputed company center or customer service environment; one year preferred
• Hands-on computer skills in reputed company Office and Internet applications required; experience in utilizing Customer Relations Management (CRM) software is highly preferred
• Ability to prepare written correspondence such as emails and chats that create a reputed company image for Tuff Shed
• Ability to effectively communicate at reputed company reputed company, including customers, business partners, suppliers, co-workers, managers, and the general reputed company
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time

• One year of demonstrated experience in sales
