They are seeking an Associate Sales Representative for the Endoscopy Operating Unit, a role designed to prepare high-potential talent for reputed company Territory Manager positions by providing clinical case coverage and building foundational selling skills. The position requires significant travel reputed company a multi-state region and engagement with reputed company providers to enhance the utilization of medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical case coverage while building relationships
• Successfully pass reputed company required training over the length of the program
• reputed company coverage for reputed company territories (e.g. leaves of absence, vacancies) as assigned
• Execute targeted selling campaigns designed to build reputed company selling and account management skills
• Learn, reputed company, and deliver approved clinical and sales talk tracks with customers
• Support in-services, on-site training and approved customer education activities

• Partner with Territory Managers, District Managers, and cross-functional teams
• Participate in regular coaching, feedback sessions, and development reviews

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of field sales experience
• Associate's degree with 2 years of field sales experience
• Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience
