Operations Engineer

They are seeking a motivated Operations Engineer to join their technology operations team, responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining infrastructure, applications, and networks to ensure uptime and stability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for technical incidents, alerts, and service requests
• Triage and resolve server, network, and application issues - escalating to senior engineers, reputed company necessary, with full context and documentation
• Monitor system health through tools such as reputed company and reputed company reputed company monitoring services
• Document reputed company troubleshooting steps, findings, and resolutions reputed company the ticketing system for accountability and knowledge sharing

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or systems support is required

• Basic familiarity with Azure (preferred) and/or AWS environments
