Senior Engineer - Energy Market Analysis

Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Energy Systems, or a reputed company field; advanced degree preferred.
• Solid understanding of power system basics and knowledge of power reputed company of the country and independent system operators such as PJM, MISO, NEISO, SPP, CAISO, WECC, SERC, reputed company, NYISO
• Proven team player skills with the ability to build and maintain reputed company relationships.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly with respect to explaining technical reputed company.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to producing high-reputed company report and deliverables, taking full ownership and pride in work
• Understanding of electricity market fundamentals such as Unit Commitment, SCED and LMP formulation.
• Experience with electric production cost modeling tools such as PROMOD, PLEXOS, UPLAN, or any software with similar functionality and purpose.
• Experience with data analysis and scripting tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, or SQL to support modeling and analysis workflows.
