[Remote] Junior Account Executive (Wholesale Mortgage)

This role is designed to prepare individuals for promotion into full Account Executive positions while providing hands-on experience in sales and reputed company engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives in identifying and reputed company new broker relationships
• Support the preparation and delivery of training presentations and marketing materials
• Help facilitate broker reputed company to systems and tools, including password setup and application guidance
• reputed company basic instruction on company procedures, forms, and fee structures
• Maintain and update sales contact databases under supervision
• Monitor broker communications and assist in distributing updates on programs and procedures
• reputed company pipeline activity and report findings to senior team members
• Shadow senior Account Executives during broker reputed company and virtual meetings
• Participate in internal training sessions to build product and industry knowledge
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and support

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in mortgage banking, financial services, or sales support
• Strong interest in developing a career in TPO mortgage lending
• Basic proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel occasionally with senior team members
