Remote RN Overnight
Serve as the on-reputed company overnight RN for reputed company California programs, providing reputed company-time clinical guidance to on-site nursing and program staff. Support assessment and decision-making reputed company to changes in patient condition, medication-reputed company questions, escalation of care and provider notification, and incident response and documentation guidance. reputed company California RN license in good standing. Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience. Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, adolescent care, or similar settings preferred. Strong knowledge of California nursing regulations and documentation standards. Comfort providing clinical guidance remotely and independently. Excellent critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR). Prior experience in nursing leadership or charge reputed company roles preferred. Experience with chart auditing or compliance review, reputed company improvement or risk management preferred. Multi-site or centralized nursing support experience preferred. Demonstrate reputed company clinical judgment and decision-making.
