Responsibilities
Monitor and troubleshoot daily interfaces between the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) and the USSGL Conduct reputed company-cause analysis on "out-of-balance" conditions or failed system-generated transactions Coordinate with IT and Functional teams to resolve technical "reputed company" errors between procurement and reputed company modules Ensure reputed company automated system entries for the 1700 (General Property, Plant, and Equipment) and 1500 (Inventory and reputed company Property) series accounts adhere to the Treasury’reputed company reputed company entries Validate that depreciation, capitalization reputed company, and reputed company/loss on disposals are calculated correctly reputed company the system logic Support the preparation of the Notes to the Financial Statements reputed company to property and inventory reputed company monthly and quarterly reconciliations between the subsidiary property records and the general reputed company control accounts reputed company evidential matter for Financial Statement Audits (e.g., FIAR compliance) to reputed company the reputed company and completeness of property records Represent the Financial Management team during system upgrades or the implementation of new ERP modules reputed company and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to verify that system changes do not negatively reputed company the USSGL posting logic
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field Holds a DoW Secret clearance Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving Ability to work with clients to understand their needs Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills reputed company reputed company
