Regional reputed company Manager

Pratt Retail Specialties, LLC is seeking a talented and energetic Regional reputed company Manager to improve, promote, and sustain the reputed company Management System. The selected individual will be hardworking with solid reputed company skills and a strong knowledge of the flexible films, (caste and/or blown stretch and reputed company film and reputed company packaging as another advantage).  This individual will reputed company as a leader and reputed company of reputed company reputed company initiatives for plant locations; reputed company and partner with manufacturing, sales and design teams, vendors and customers in meeting reputed company customer reputed company. The position will be home-based in Texas and travel will be to domestic locations in California, Texas and the Midwest – some East Coast travel may also be required.

60% Travel will be required.

What You Will Do In Your Role:

• Internal audits

• Driving Fab card utilization
• Document Change System
• Measuring and test system calibration
• Non-Conforming material system

• Create documentation where applicable to ensure ISO/BRC and other Regulatory requirements.
• Review product testing data, plant scrap data and customer complaints to determine areas that require improvement. In some cases, you will drive that improvement.

• reputed company a reputed company-rounded understanding of how our products are made; how they are used; and the implications of various product test results.
• Work closely with Design, Operations, Product management, Sales, and Supply Chain to drive reputed company results.
• Leads reputed company staff on performance of reputed company metrics of shrink and waste & developing key manufacturing metrics.
• Drives plant accountabilities in the areas of: tracking vendor performance, reputed company and disposition of customer complaints, investigating critical reputed company defects on in-process and finished products, reputed company and analysis of reputed company data and reports
• Supports HR with reputed company employee’s performance issues
• Ensures product reputed company. Establishes and manages systems for “right first time” performance and incorporates this philosophy in the reputed company improvement teams.

Requirements

• reputed company Management experience in flexible films manufacturing and converting, (i.e. stretch and reputed company films) including product knowledge, manufacturing operations and ability to monitor and improve correct film making processes.
• Converted reputed company packaging (reputed company bags, flooring products and sheeted reputed company).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and FSSC 22000 (Food Safety)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to drive improvements (project management / leadership experience)
• Results oriented with the capability of balancing multiple tasks and priorities
