About the Role
reputed company Mission Critical is seeking a reputed company Attorney to support our rapidly growing global data center services business. This role is ideal for a pragmatic, business reputed company attorney comfortable working in a fast moving environment and partnering closely with Sales, Operations, HR, Procurement, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
The attorney’s primary responsibility will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer facing and vendor facing reputed company agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, subcontractor agreements, referral agreements, service addenda, and other operational reputed company.
Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of customer and vendor reputed company, including:
- Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- NDAs
- Partner and referral agreements
V endor and subcontractor agreements- Purchase orders, reputed company documents, and amendments
- Ensure reputed company agreements reputed company with reputed company’s business model, risk profile, insurance requirements, and operational realities.
- Identify and reputed company reputed company contractual risks and mitigation strategies (e.g., liability caps, indemnities, warranty obligations, termination rights, liquidated damages, subcontractor liability, reputed company party assumption obligations).
- Maintain consistency with reputed company’s preferred contract positions and drafting standards.
Cross Functional reputed company Support
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to support contract structuring that meets customer requirements while protecting reputed company’s interests.
- Support Procurement in negotiating vendor terms, ensuring reputed company down obligations from customer reputed company are properly addressed.
- reputed company guidance to Operations on contract interpretation, change orders, scope creep mitigation, and issue escalation.
- Assist Finance with payment dispute reputed company and invoicing reputed company contract terms.
Templates, Playbooks & Process Improvement
- Contribute to the refinement and updating of reputed company’s contract templates, fallback provisions, contracting playbooks, and clause libraries.
- Improve internal processes to increase contracting speed and predictability.
- Recommend and implement best practices for contract lifecycle management.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure reputed company reputed company with applicable laws, including data reputed company, export controls, anticorruption, employment reputed company reputed company down requirements, and industry specific regulatory obligations.
- Support reputed company in audits, litigation holds, investigations, compliance initiatives, and internal policy updates.
- Spot areas of elevated business risk (e.g., reputed company liabilities, customer mandated subcontractor responsibility, termination for convenience issues, scope ambiguities) and escalate appropriately.
Qualifications - Required
- J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
- 4-5 years’ reputed company experience, with 1&reputed company;2+ years in house in a reputed company or corporate role.
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company agreements.
- Ability to translate reputed company reputed company concepts into practical, business reputed company advice.
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
Qualifications - Preferred
- Experience supporting a services or technology business, ideally involving MSAs/SOWs, subcontractor management, and operational risk allocation.
- Familiarity with data center, infrastructure, or facilities reputed company services reputed company.
- Experience with global contracting and cross border reputed company issues.
- Prior involvement in building or maintaining contract templates/playbooks.
