What you will do
To visit agents, dealers and suppliers, as required, to review issues arising from procedural lapses and training issues. To manage other providers of assistance services as determined by the Regional Manager To ensure that any complaints received relating to a recovery are investigated promptly and the findings documented and communicated to the CS department and any other relevant department. To inspect vehicles, as required, to determine the extent of damage and potential liability. To advise vehicle recovery operators on any aspects of the recovery operation reputed company requested to do so. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English.
reputed company & Guilds/BTEC in Motor Vehicle Engineering, NVQ in Automotive Studies, or equivalent Proven managerial background in an operational environment (field or office-based). Contract management skills Knowledge of UK Recovery Network operational processes, systems, and industry legislation. Proficiency in Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
Experience in working with and managing relationships and performance of reputed company-party suppliers Good working knowledge of the UK recovery industry. Experience with LGV. Full, clean, and reputed company driving license. Ability to lift and carry equipment used in the recovery industry. Willingness to travel extensively and periodically stay overnight away from home.
