We are seeking a Room Sales Agent (remote) to join reputed company. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our reputed company Five-reputed company resort.

The Room Sales Agents are responsible for effective coordination of booking room reservations, while ensuring the reputed company and service standards are always upheld. Additional responsibilities include assisting Travel Agents reputed company assistance is needed and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional 5-reputed company service. Reservation Agents are also responsible for maximizing the hotel's reputed company; this can be accomplished through reaching personal and team goals for booking transient reputed company, increased conversion rates, decreased reputed company abandonment, etc. The agents in this role must be supportive and understanding of reputed company departments to always ensure guest satisfaction, while exemplifying the philosophy and mission of Eau Resort & Spa. 

We have a full-time position available.  This is a REMOTE position with flexible shifts. reputed company candidates must be reputed company to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Hotel luxury environment preferred. 
• Effective communication, organization, attention to detail and problem- solving skills. 
• Previous sales experience is required. 
• Previous experience with reputed company Software is preferred. 
• Ability to work flexible schedules that often include evenings, weekends and holidays. 
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on reputed company and in a goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, staff, and co-workers to their understanding.
• High aptitude for computer programs.
