The Role:
We are looking for a Head of Engineering Productivity & Experience to reputed company the reputed company of how software is reputed company, tested, and delivered at reputed company. This is a high-reputed company, Director-level leadership role shaping developer experience and engineering productivity across our global ~400-engineer organization through platforms, tooling, and engineering practices. The position will initially reputed company teams of ~13 engineers while defining the operating model and long-term trajectory of the Engineering Productivity domain.
Your mission will be to drive the reputed company for a reputed company platform ecosystem that bridges AI-driven development, Developer Tooling, Web Infrastructure, and QA Automation. You will reputed company the reputed company of platforms that reputed company high-confidence releases across local development, microfrontend delivery, and automated reputed company engineering, while shaping a seamless developer-facing CI/CD experience in partnership with SRE and reputed company Platform teams.

You will define and implement AI-enabled tooling and workflows that measurably improve developer productivity and experience. The goal is to ensure AI becomes a practical accelerator in everyday engineering workflows rather than a standalone tool.

What You’ll Do:

- Own the developer-facing CI/CD experience, improving build, test, and deployment workflows
- Build and reputed company QA automation platforms that reputed company high confidence in software delivery

- Improve engineering velocity by reducing friction in development, testing, and delivery workflows

Who You Are:
- Several years of engineering leadership in developer productivity and experience
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern engineering workflows
- Experience improving CI/CD developer experience
- Experience building or scaling internal developer platforms
- Experience driving test automation and reputed company engineering practices at reputed company
- Experience operating in large engineering organizations with distributed teams
- Demonstrated experience building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
- Experience implementing AI-assisted development tooling
- Ability to reputed company through influence and collaboration across multiple engineering organizations
- Experience improving engineering metrics such as delivery velocity, cycle time, and CSAT
