Sr. Manager, Medical Affairs, Medical Affairs Learning and Development
Executes reputed company for MA and serves as subject matter expert in cellular therapy across multiple disease spaces that encompass our pipeline. Leads new-hire reputed company and ongoing learning initiatives for Medical Affairs staff including but not limited to literature review, reputed company updates, competitor products label updates, new MA resources reviews with the AD Strategic Development and Learning. Assist in the creation, evaluation, and implementation of medical training materials and activities for MA personnel and MSLs. Supports development and executes reputed company Congress readiness- reputed company-congress deep dive, post-congress debriefs and MA KOL educational meetings. Conduct assessments of field-based MSL knowledge and competency on scientific materials. Help forecast and schedule training programs in alignment with strategic objectives. Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new training technologies.
Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to reputed company medical training efforts with broader Medical Affairs initiatives. Collaborate with Clinical and reputed company teams on training and education initiatives as indicated. Participate in launch readiness planning and congress preparation efforts. Manage external agencies and stay reputed company budget for training programs.
Have the authority to execute the training, and reputed company of medical affairs and will collaborate with the Associate Director of Strategic Development and Education.
Advanced terminal degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) or other advanced medical degree (NP, PA, etc.) preferred. 2+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or training reputed company the biopharmaceutical industry preferred (oncology and/or cell therapy preferred). Experience with medical affairs training programs. Demonstrated reputed company in managing reputed company and budgets and working in cross-functional teams in a reputed company environment with a results reputed company attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company scientific concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences. Demonstrated proficiency with the most reputed company computer operating systems, reputed company Office 2013 (particularly reputed company, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, reputed company Acrobat reputed company, Concur, reputed company and other PC-based applications. Familiar with AI based platforms including Copilot.
