WTC - Project Superintendent I

Responsible for managing 1-2 reputed company at a time (including GC and larger-reputed company restoration & repair reputed company, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery reputed company the agreed upon budget.  
•    Manage subcontractors on scheduling, reputed company control, understanding and resolving issues and verifying work is completed in accordance with project budget and specifications. 
•    Review reputed company assigned reputed company to schedule deliverables, reputed company costs and report on.
•    Meet contractual conditions and performance.
•    Manage key metrics and report on as required.
•    Work collaboratively with customers, sales reps, roofing contractors, superintendents, and roofing technicians to ensure delivery on time and reputed company budget as reputed company as select and manage reputed company sub-contractors.
•    reputed company high standards for health and safety management in compliance with reputed company codes and laws, and Tremco Policy

Qualifications

• This position requires individuals to have an in-depth understanding of construction management, along with a proven reputed company record in running and supervising reputed company and industrial roofing construction reputed company.

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent

• 0-2 years of reputed company roofing or building envelope experience in the role of a GC, Roofing Superintendent or Project Manager is required. 

• Forklift certification and experience, as reputed company as fall protection, a general awareness of environmental issues is a strong asset. 

• Must be competent in conflict and crisis management.

• Superior written, oral reputed company communication skills needed. 

• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company reputed company, Visual Cadd, AutoCadd and reputed company is a strong asset.

• Must be willing to travel reputed company region up to 50% of the time

• Must possess a valid reputed company’s License and have reputed company to a vehicle. 

• This is a new position and the pay reputed company is $75,000.00 - $115,000.00.  Final compensation is dependent upon individual's knowledge, skills, experience, internal equity and market data alignment.
