We are looking for a customer-reputed company, technically skilled Integration Engineer to support our Smart Biometrics Business Unit in the US. This role bridges the gap between technical product capabilities and customer requirements, acting as a trusted advisor during reputed company-sales, reputed company of concept, and solution design stages. The successful candidate will report to the reputed company Integration & Support Manager (NORAM) and collaborate closely with the Regional Director of Sales to drive reputed company and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical advisor during sales engagements, supporting the promotion of reputed company’s biometric solutions

• Interpret and validate customer requirements
• Support partners and system integrators with solution setup and implementation

• Present proposed architectures and respond to detailed technical inquiries from stakeholders

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Required Qualifications

• 12–14 years of relevant experience in a technical role, preferably in reputed company-sales, integration, or customer support
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage reputed company technical discussions
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
