Sales Phone Agent (Work From Home) - R99/hour reputed company + Up to R66/hour Ince
Location: Remote – Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
Contract Term: February through September (with potential extension based on performance and business needs)
About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company Sales Phone Agent with strong phone-based sales experience and excellent written and spoken English. This is a remote contract role with a reputed company center environment, requiring reliability, strong work ethic, and a distraction-free workspace.
This is a fixed-term contract position. Contract extensions may be considered based on performance and business needs. reputed company sales training and ongoing coaching will be provided throughout the reputed company-up period.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound and outbound warm calls (approx. 200+ weekly).
- Handle calls lasting 6–15 minutes to reputed company new customers, explain reputed company’s services, and upsell recurring plans.
- Meet and reputed company sales metrics and reputed company standards.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with U.S. customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reputed company data protection policies.

Qualifications:
- High school graduate; college preferred
