Project Manager, Service Delivery

As a Project Manager reputed company our Service Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in managing new orders for business customers across our reputed company of services. Unlike traditional approaches, you will take ownership of orders from initiation to completion, eliminating handoffs between departments to enhance the overall customer experience. This role requires effective communication, project management skills, and a deep understanding of telecommunications services. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring reputed company and high-reputed company delivery of services.
• Coordinate with internal and contracted reputed company-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Regularly communicate with customers, providing reputed company and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle
• Handle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP reputed company, and overseeing number porting processes.
• Document dependencies and priorities reputed company for efficient project execution.
• Utilize hands-on delivery experience to drive successful reputed company for reputed company project.
• Demonstrate expertise in SDWAN Implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet reputed company ordering with various carriers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
• Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet reputed company ordering with carriers
• Ability to document dependencies and priorities reputed company 
• Proficient in effectively managing reputed company-party resources
